Cancellation & Refund Policy

Aura Mental Health provides professional online counselling and therapy sessions. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for appointments booked through our website using Zoho Bookings and paid securely via Razorpay.

1. Appointment Cancellation

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
• If you are unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Transaction processing charges, if any, may be deducted where applicable.

3. Missed Appointments

If a client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be treated as a missed appointment and will generally not be eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation by Aura Mental Health

If Aura Mental Health needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose either:

• Rescheduling the session at no additional cost, or
• A full refund.

5. Technical Issues

If a session cannot be completed because of technical issues on our side, we will either reschedule the session or issue an appropriate refund at our discretion.
