Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a session. By booking and attending a counselling session with Aura Mental Health, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

1. About the Service

Service Provider: Keethai, Psychologist & Therapist

Nature of Service: Online mental health counselling sessions conducted via Google Meet

Booking Platform: Zoho Bookings

Payment Platform: Razorpay

Aura Mental Health provides professional counselling services for individuals seeking support with stress, anxiety, relationships, emotional well-being, and personal growth.

2. Booking a Session

All sessions are booked through our Zoho Bookings portal. By completing a booking, you confirm that:

A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address after successful payment.

3. Payments

3.1 Session Fee

The session fee is displayed at the time of booking. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Your payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay and are not stored by us.

3.3 Payment Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Please do not attempt to attend a session without a confirmed booking.

3.4 Payment Disputes

For any payment-related issues, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction via WhatsApp at +91 80733 42711. We will work with Razorpay to resolve your concern promptly.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule at your preference. We will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity.

4.3 How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 80733 42711 at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay, subject to eligibility as described in our Cancellation Policy above.

6. Session Conduct

To ensure a safe and productive session:

We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if a client is abusive, threatening, or behaves in a manner inconsistent with a safe therapeutic environment. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Nature of Counselling Services

Important: Counselling is not a substitute for emergency mental health services or medical treatment. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a local emergency service or a crisis helpline immediately.

Aura Mental Health provides supportive counselling services. Results and outcomes vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Our services are not a substitute for psychiatric treatment, medication, or emergency intervention.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional ethical standards. Information will only be disclosed in exceptional circumstances as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aura Mental Health website, including text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of Aura Mental Health. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Mental Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
